The Perils of Everything
Wow I cannot believe that it's been nine days on this new
diet plan of mine. Well things well very well today. For
hanging out with the boyfriend all day who eats every
substance in front of him I think I did fairly well.
My control of eating is becoming a lot better. Even when
food is around me I am not that hungry. Hooray for me. I am
getting thinner especially in my legs and stomach. I'm very
happy. I wish that I had a scale at my house so I can
accurately measure my progress...oh well thats my parents
for ya. Maybe I'll bother them about it tomorrow.
Breakfast: Grapefruit Juice(40 cals)
Dinner: 1/2 a bag of Teddy Grahams(130 cals), a lollipop(i
have no clue how many cals), and a bite a single little
bite of a jumbo jack. I am sooo happy I only ate a bite,
usually I would've had at least half of it. Also I had
about 5 lemonheads. ummm I think thats it, oh and half a
bottle of Snapple Kiwi Tea. I think thats about 120 cals.
Snack: Tangerine and Grapefruit Juice(40 cals)
Soooo I did really good! Hooray for me...and tomorrow is
another day. (of loneliness and depression)
