Mmmm, Muffins.

Pumpkin muffins are quite delicious. So is Life
cereal and apple juice. Part of this complete breakfast,
heh. Big breakfasts and tiny meals for the rest of the day
is step one of my new diet plan. My ultimate goal is to
lose 10 pounds or drop a pants size by Christmas. I hereby
give up chocolate and candy, but I am allowed to splurge
once a week if I feel the need. I haven't begun taking my
Metab-O-Life pills yet, though. I took them last spring
and lost a few inches. I stopped taking them, though,
after the breakup with MM. I eat when I get depressed, and
so I subsequently ate way too much this summer and so I
gained weight. I feel like a cow. If I were to write a
book right now, it would either be called "Me and My
Cellulite" or "Thunderthighs: A Memoir".

I really need to take a walk to get some exercize. I
think that's my entire problem. Only I procrastinate
entirely too much. I believe it's because I was born three
weeks late. I was a procrastinator in the beginning, and
I'll be running late and putting things off until the end,
I suppose.

"Chaos can never sustain itself. It's too easy and too
unsatisfying." That is my new favorite quote. Jon Stewart
said it on the Daily Show yesterday. I must go now, and
leave you to ponder that. Until next time I remain
complicatedly

K.
