Veganism

Hello,

I am a full-time student, part-time worker and full-time
vegan living in Nashville, Tennessee. Since the closing of
Peaceful Planet, a local restaurant, there have been few
options for vegans in Nashville (aside from the Wild Oats
chain). I hope, through this site, to establish an online
network of vegans to exchange recipes and to also establish
a base in Nashville. Perhaps, over time, there will be
enough demand for vegan fare that there will be another
fantastic vegan restaurant in Nashville.
