A Ballad of Excellent Destruction

Armagaddon

the torment of mankind, the fear we hold inside for the
thousands of lives lost in an unnatural nemesis, we sorrow
al our emotions by condoning violence as a way of life.
we only have one world and enough space to inhabit it all
but fear and hatred are only the tools we use to make a
reconciliation of who and what we are, power is fear and
when you fear power it seems the only way to stop the fear
is to destroy it, we common it in our minds, the still form
of unsuspected havoc, people working to make a living, only
to have the lives and the lives of the family that suffered
with them. to see your father or mother go off to work not
knowing you would never see them again. we never met the
person responsible for this, but he'll live in the minds of
all of us alive to day for the rest of our lives. He saw
Americas lazy side, he struck at it, causing a devastation
unthinkable to use. America sits back relaxing not thinking
that we could suffer this, the country has dropped its guard
we need to assert ourselves to the defence of this country
and who we let in...

the stop in the fragment of time, when the whole world
paused. we had the signs, but chose to ignore it
welcome to war, I'm sticking with Nostradamus...
