End of First Week Weigh-In

I lost 3.6 pounds my first week, which is expected - you lose a lot during week#1, then it tapers down until you're losing a pound or
less each week.

I did really well overall- I drank lots of water..so I know the weight loss isnt due to water weight. Unless, I was retaining water from all
the crap I was eating (which is probably more like it).

I did have an overage of 29 points...so I will shoot for beating that overage this week.

I almost screwed up when my brother came into town. Well, I was flexible. You have to be able to flex. I learn from my experiences
and move on.

I exersised 3 out of the 7 days, 20 minutes a pop. This next week, I'll beat that amount, even if its by 5 minutes, I've beaten it.

The only thing I'm doing different this time is writing down everything I eat, RIGHT here. Its holding me responsible. If I bite it, I write it.

There were about 35 people at the meeting...with I think they say 78 pounds total lost? thats about 2.2 pounds per person, which
sounds right.
