150 by 20
I have decided that I would like to get down to 150 pounds
by my 20th birthday, which is on May 2nd. That gives me a
little less than 4 months to lose 10 pounds. That will
bring me very close to my goal for the year, which is to
reach 145 and maintain it until next December.
I plan to get back on track with working out and eating
better tomorrow. I have been really horrible about it
lately, and the thing is that it doesn't even satisfy.
Junk food makes me feel nasty inside, and it doesn't even
taste that good. I have no energy whatsoever. Why do I do
this to myself???
Anyway, it stops now.
