On his 52nd birthday, Saddam..

On his 52nd birthday, Saddam Hussien asked the Iraqi people
to donate all their gold to the Iraqi/Iran war efforts.
Five years later, while the war was still going on, Hussien
arrived to a public event in a gold carrige.
