weigh in tomorrow....
Im so worried about it, ive cut my walks down, i still
walk 3 times a day but they are shorter, like when i first
started out, but, i wlked 2 times a day before and still
lost weight, and i dont eat anymore than i did before,c ept
my special k, and that has no fat in it, so i think im
safe, as long as im still 146 ill be happy, but if i lose
more ill be even happier.:)
Everything is better for me now, i get more rest and i
dont yell at people as much, and im happier now that my
life doesnt revolve around exercise, oh, i still exercise
but not as much...
