Crawl into a hole and peel m,y skin off

I hate feeeling like this. Today is one of those shit days.
It seems like everything will fall apart. I am about to
kill my mother. It's just one of those daus. I think
something is wrong and worry and then realize I am being
plain out stupid as hell. It's just one of those days where
I want to crawl in a hole and peel my skin off.
