I have created a new calorie intake goal for every day of
the week. I was reading up on how if you intake your
calories for one day, then your metabolism boosts and you
lose more weight in the long run than by just sticking to a
set amount. My new goals go like this:
Friday: 500cals
Saturday: 1000cals
Sunday: 700cals
Monday: 500cals
Tuesday: 500cals
Wednesday: 700cals
Thursday: 500cals
So far today I have had 325cals. I am saving the rest for a
slushy at the baseball game I'm going to tonight! Well, all
for now!
