Very tired today and crampy. Started taking creatine (5g
per day) this afternoon - should help with strength and
muscle size. May cause some bloating, so I figure this is
THE time to start ;) Cycle was 6 weeks on the nose this
time around. Works perfectly for Xmas and Mexico if it
keeps up.
