A Few Good Small Things and a Big Bad Thing-

-Do not a blanaced day make.

Well I woke up to a phone call from a job offer (finally)
and wnet in for an interview, hopefully I'll get it. I
know I'm qualified and capable, so I don't see why I
won't. Went pretty well, the guy was friendly, seemed to
like me, didn't ask me much about my qualifications, mostly
asked questions to devlelop and idea of my character and
such. I put down that I'd want to work shorter hours on
Saturday so that I can have one day open, don't think he'll
mind that much since I have a pretty much flexible schedule.

After that, went to get my glasses fixed up so I popped
over to Barnes and Noble while I waited. Saw several great
books over there. Read through a couple books on Celtic
and Irish myths, bought one of em, but I learned quite a
bit. Also got a book of poetry by Yeats, I really like it,
makes me want to get back to writing. There were also
these two cute girls sitting across from me (quite a switch
from Yeats, eh?) dressed up in the old schoolgirl
outfit. :D One of em was a blonde curled up in the chair
with her shoes off, the other was an Aisian girl dressed
more plainly. Don't ask me why I brought em up, just
thought they were cute.

On the bad side, it appears Oak doesn't want to be friends
anymore. We had a blazing row on Saturday night, and the
conversation ended badly. I don't want a 5 year friendship
thrown away in a matter of an hour, but there's really
nothing I can do. I don't really have anything to say I've
not said before. I want to be her friend, a 5 year
friendship isn't something you want to lose in a matter of
an hour, and I worry about her and want to help her. I
don't want to see her get worse, and despite what she may
think, I do care about her and do value her and her
friendship. Unfortunately, there aren't any words to say...
