i'm in here...please take me home

so i kinda scared myself...i had my first suicidal
thoughts in a while today. i was grabbing a coke from the
cellar and i honestly entertained the thought of loading
my dad's shotgun (it's hunting season) and shooting myself
in the head...i'm scaring myself again
