DINNER: The traditional Halloween dinner--hamburger,
potato chips and soa.

WHAT'S IN JOHN'S LUNCHBOX: Chili to microwave and Fritos;a
chicken salad sandwich with diced red pepper, sweet pickles
and green onion; an apple turnover; chocolate chip cookies;
a piece of pumpkin pie; an apple and a banana; a container
of iced tea, one of orange juice and one of coffee and some
Halloween chocolates.

QUILTING: Working on Folk Art quilt blocks

WHAT I'M GRATEFUL FOR: A warm fire in the fireplace on a
cold autumn night

WEATHER: Partly cloudy with highs in the lower50s and lows
tonight in the low 20s

SCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW: Doctor's appointment in Eugene and a
