ive been working out on my..
ive been working out on my treadmill, its alot different
from the one up at the gym, i could only burn 100 calories
on mine and it wore me out, then today i thought if i put
the legs on it another notch up maybe that would help, it
did, i burned 200 calories on it without stopping, its also
harder on my back but its new ill get used to it..
sometimes i wonder if i should have gotten it, it will
only make me work harder at losing weight which is good but
i know i do to much now, ill just have to be careful, dont
want to end up in the hospital, then id never lose
