Six Flags Over Texas

You are going to love Six Flags Over Texas if you ever get
the chance to come out here!

They have some of the best rides: the Titan, Batman, the
Texas Giant, Shockwave, the Freeze, Flashback....
Oooooooooooooh man you don't know what you're missing! I'm
telling you that Six Flags Over Texas is like 10 times what
Carowinds ever was!

The Titan - smooth and has the biggest drop... lift hill
takes about 2-3 minutes (feels like anyways) half way up I
said, "We're still not there?" The drop was so huge
(probably about 10 stories) that I had to take a breath in
between screams... then another hill about 3/4 the size of
the first a couple of large helixes and several more turns
and your back in the station.

Batman - (inverted) also smooth and kinda reminded me of
the Batman ride at the Six Flags Over Georgia... had the
first drop like Topgun at Carowinds... went thru a double
loop and the some barrel rolls... that were definitely
unexpected... goes upside down about 5 times.

Texas Giant is a wooden coaster... and it's the roughest!
Kinda reminded me of a runaway mine train except worse! it
twists you inside and out of it's on tracks... I didn't
know where i was going half the time! Definitely a must
ride, but I don't know if you could handle it more than
once!

Shockwave is a classic, smooth ride, probably one of the
first coasters built in the theme park... has a square-like
railing for the train cars... has two loops and some great
air-time hills that are somewhat unexpected... first
coaster I ever rode that went upside down and didn't have
shoulder bars, but surely safe!

I wish I had something to say about the Freeze and
Flashback, but I didn't get to ride them since they were
closed... all I can say is that they looked hella scary...
the Freeze is one of those reversible coasters - shoots you
thru some really tall curves and then makes you go
backwards thru them again! Flashback is the same only that
it has loops... Wish I could have ridden them... there was
another wooden coaster that we didn't get to ride it was
kinda like a mini Thunder Road... I'm sure it would have
been fun too...

There was one ride I can't remember what the name of it
was, but you sit in it, and it takes you up about 5 or 6
stories moves you out forward and then drops you and then
you end up lying on your back... It was the first one we
rode, and I screamed the entire time... The view was
awesome because Texas is so FLAT! Kinda reminded me of the
Superman coaster I've heard so much about... Know which one
I mean?

Other than the main coasters, we rode some cheezy rides I
guess you could say they were fun we made them really
fun... rode a bobsled ride... a sombrero that really made
us a sick... the conquistador which is like Frenzoid at
Carowinds but doesn't go upside down...

The prices are high about $42 a person plus tax, but we had
two coupons for $10 off so that helped.

Luckily, we went with some of my friends from my work, and
they showed us all around the park... We didn't even need a
map we had our own guides!!!

Overall, it was a blast I felt like a little kid again...
came home and was telling my roommates and friends all
about our big day at the park... And can you believe we did
all that within 3 and a 1/2 hours?!?!?!

Well, hope you enjoyed hearing about all the cool coasters
they have.

These are my thoughts.
