I put someone on hold today and forgot about them. He was
pissed. But he hung up after he was holding for only 7
minutes. I wanted to say thats nothing; I waited that long
with the Telephone Company just to get a machine, let alone
a real person.

Oh well, his lost. Patience is a virtue!!
