yeah

supervised a delivery a few nights ago. they called me
ma'am again. told them long time ago that they shouldn't
call me ma'am and just address me by my first name but they
wouldn't listen.

realized that one thing i like about the australian society
is that it's egalitarian. everyone's equal.
