BBT still up, hit 99.5 after cardio. again, had to wait to
eat dinner - not at all hungry, 5 meals instead of 6.
Vetrans say I should get hungrier in a few weeks. Time
will tell. Pants that had been tight on Tuesday were way
loose today - definitely seeing some changes. DietPower
had my calories banked at over 1000 after just two days
based on BMR and those expended exercising - will save them
up for another week then have a bit of a carbfest next
weekend, after TOM, in keeping with the CKD 'refeeding'
methodology.

Heading to bed shortly - no exercise tomorrow. BTW, down another lb
this morning - and was same weight at end of day. Can you
say 'whoooosh'? ;)
