Looking back at all the times we shared
I don't should I be happy
or should I be scared?
I want nothing more
than to be with you
and do all the things we used to do.
I want you
to tell me
I'm the one and only
and that when I'm away
you feel oh so lonely.
I want to look
into your eyes each night
I want to tell you
that it'll all be alright.
They say
when you love someone
you've got to let them go.
The pain is so sharp
They will never know
the way I feel when you're
not by my side.
The way the knife cuts
but won't let me die.
I want to make
the pain go away.
I have to leave...
but I want to stay.

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
