music to my ears

yet one more day where I can't think of a title...oh
well...only 2 in a row....meh
I finally got a hold of the CD i need to copy for
history...only to discover that I can't rip the songs onto
my computer...so they went on a tape...kind of annoying
cause CD's are more convienent...oh well at least I have
the songs! now I can study! fun fun fun! not too
bad...just pistening to music and memorising the songs.
anywys.....so I'm going to kill myself in english
class...firstof all, I'm the ONLY music student there...no
good.....secon of all this guy is teaching us how to write
5 paragraph essays...something I
ve been doing since....well a long time....BORING and
people there are so STUPID! "what do you mean subtopic?"
AH! somehow I will survive!
then comming home I bumped (almost literally) into Croft.
It was good to see him again. I had a small cruch on him a
while ago.....meh. he's studying Humanities and stuff at U
of T. I look forward to seeing him again at commencement.
speaking of crushes...I'm almost pretty sure that my
infatuation is unrequited. He doesn't seem interensed in
the least. that's ok...he's got the hots for the blond
chich who dresses like a slut...whatever....
all the guys in music are either really tall or really
short! there are only a few who are about my height..
interesting.....
and theory class is SO much fun! for the first hour we
learn something on the board and for the second half we
play what we learned...today we learned tetra chords and
modes.

if you take the phrygian tetra mode and play it over a
flat7 chord = jazz like in the keay of C maj (I'm no
longer allowed to use the sigh)...you would play the
tonic phrygian tetra mode over C, E, G flat 7, flat 9 or something
like that.....
(the above paragraph is for Wabasso so he can try it out
later)

it was so much fun! but I've said that already...
