I feel slightly more human now I have eaten, still bad
food, was in a hurry I give up, I am sick and tired and I
don't have the energy to look after myself at the moment.

La di da... I am so glad my friend Carl has shown up again,
I missed having him around to have fun with on MSN and
relieve the stress of work :) Even if oyu are not happy at
the moment buddy, I still luvs ya... and still glad to talk
to you...

Bah back to work.
