Up 2 more lbs - but not visibly bloated. Clothing fit the
same, rings were tighter than normal (almost a PMS type
bloat). Was down the 2 lbs at the end of the day (after
eating at 3:30 so who knows).

Was quite a bit stronger lifting.. managed 146lbs on the
deadlift and could have done more if not for my grip
giving out. Squated with 84 lbs (dumb bells) and could
have done more. Excited to try the bench press tomorrow!
