I finally have a lil time to tell you about my life
thus far. Or at least last weekend. I think we’ll shoot
for that. My life thus far is terribly uncomplicated and
horribly boring. It’d be like listening to the Backstreet
Boys opening for Metallica; there’d be a lot of bloodshed,
and it’d be funny for a second, but beating guys that dance
for a living is only fun for so long.
On Wednesday Linny came over and we had a good
time. She also sent me an e-mail:

In honor of Thanksgiving, it was decided that at the end of
today’s staff meeting to go around the table and tell what
we are thankful for. After going through about 4 people
almost everyone was in tears...one of my coworkers just
lost her grandmother this morning. Another had an uncle
admitted to the hospital for a triple bypass surgery. By
the time it came around to me, I was thinking, gee, nothing
bad is happening in my life...I should be thankful for
that. I said I was thankful for my family and for my job,
but I also said that I was thankful I found love. I shared
that with them and I want to share it with you. I am
thankful for every day that goes by that I get to hear your
voice, see you smile, hold your hand, and hold you. I love
you with all that I am, and I'm thankful that you return
that love. I don't know if you'll think this e-mail is
silly, but I just wanted you to know. I Love You!

I guess. See? That’s what I’m talking about. you she was
an X-Phile too, didn’t I? Despite how bad the show has
gotten, and how unknown the two stars were before the show,
those are pretty wise quotes. ‘Specially the Duchovny one,
then again he’s like a doctor in literature or something.
