Strip Poker.

I made people cry tonight. After a long, annoying debate
regarding my personal opinion on the USA, I finally
delivered a "speech" that won the arguement. All of this
took place on a message board for a website that shall
remain nameless. The speech went as follows.

***
War and death is fine as long as we didn't get hurt. As
soon as a war goes the other way
and America gets a taste of it, suddenly bombing is so
wrong. No Americans gave e d*mn
about Hiroshima, they just said "let the fuckers die." How
do you think the japanese felt?
In desert storm, we entombed half a million Arab soldiers
alive, and Americans said "let
the fuckers die." Every day, more people starve to death in
the streets, more people die of
AIDS, and we said "let the fuckers die." All of a sudden,
someone in a different country
said "let the fuckers die." And now America decides that
the statement is wrong. And yet
not a week later, America was bombing the hell out of
Afganistan, and we once again said,
"let the fuckers die." I think about the violence that's
been caused by America for petty
things, and i cry. I think about all of the innocent people
that died in hiroshima, In the
Arab dessert, In the streets of every city in the world, in
the WTC, and I cry. But you will
always say "Let the fuckers die." I hope that someday,
someone will learn the lesson, and
put a stop to this madness.

The format is a little messed up, due to the cutting and
pasting, and it doesn't make a whole lot of sense out of
context, but it was very dramatic and moving when it was
originally posted.
This was probably the highlight of my day, up until
Kelly called. Kelly left yesterday morning, stranding me at
home alone, as Steve and Jeff were both working today. The
majority of the time was spent sleeping, waiting for people
to post their replies to my latest comments in the forum.
Tommorow, Jeff and I are planning on doing some old-school
recordings, trying to bring back the magic of our early
days as musicians. Could it be that Not Yet Named is
releasing another album? It could be. We are also planning
on doing some work on our Random Broadway Musical, which
ironically enough, is not yet named.
I'm kind of disapointed in myself. It's only 1:52 in the
morning, but I'm already tired. I'm usually not his tired
until at least 3! Ah well, I think I'm going to go attempt
to sleep a bit.

Stay Tuned,
Gio.

P.S. Things generally happen. Occasionally, they are shit.
