DINNER: Homemade pizza (pepperoni, green pepper, mushrooms
and olives) and soda
WHAT'S IN JOHN'S LUNCHBOX: Peppered roast beef sandwich with
brown mustard, horseradish, thinly sliced sweet onion, and
slivers of green pepper; sub sandwich with pepperoni,
Italian salami, provolone cheese, brown mustard, thinly
sliced sweet onion, slivers of green pepper, sliced black
olives; two lightly buttered blueberry muffins; a container
of fruit salad; an orange, a banana and a nectarine; two
containers of iced tea and two containers of lemonade.

WHAT I'M GRATEFUL FOR: Cooler weather and iced tea

WEATHER: Hot and clear with highs in the mid 90s
SCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW: Go to Junction City to do grocery
shopping and blood pressure check in the morning and to the
Corvallis lbrary and picking up books on hold in the
afternoon.
