Rainbows, Ice-a-ma-cream, and Lemonade
Ryan got home a few days ago!!!
Ryan ended up flying home late Friday night. I was
supposed to meet him at the airport with Michelle, but
after she took me out to a lovely dinner at the Cheesecake
Factory I threw up all over her car and myself. I was
soaked and miserable, so she turned around and dropped me
off at her house so I could shower and clean up while she
picked him up. It was soooo gross. I've never puked
anywhere but a toilet or a trash can. I'm glad we got an
early start, otherwise, I just would've had to suck it up
and wait in the car with my vomit.
He cleaned the whole house Saturday while Daniel and I
volunteered at my old counselor Linda's wedding. We watched
the kids at the wedding, and there were never too many at
once, so it was fine. We played guitar, colored, ate
cheesecake, made snow-cones, and Daniel even managed to
smuggle a case of beer for himself (normally I would
object, but there were sooooo many left after the wedding
Ryan and I saw 'Signs' (M. Night Shyamalan) yesterday
(Sunday). It was pretty entertaining. I liked the storyline
about the family more than the storyline about the aliens
(naturally). It was surprisingly emotional.
Today Ry and I are having lunch together since he
doesn't have to work, and we're going to go down to the
beach tonight to watch the 'Perseid meteor shower'. I'm
still not sure if I've ever really seen a shooting star, or
if I've just imagined it, so tonight will be really cool
Tomorrow I've just got work and school, so it'll
probably proove to be a pretty boring day. Whatever. I have
to get back to work, so...bye!
