Weighty Matters

I weighed myself today. It was moderately good news. 209
pounds and 48% fat That's down from the last time I weighed
in. On saturday I will weigh in again and take body
measurements, to better track my progress. My long term
goals are 130 pounds and 25% fat. Short term goal is to
get under 200 pounds and 45% fat.

I've been making sure I get enough water and I've added
flax seed oil and psyllium husks (for fiber) to my daily
eating. Both work wonderfully to control cravings. I was
rather suprised. It's nice to eat reasonable size
servings, instead of eating like some crazed, constantly
starving blob. There were days when I ate enough to feed 3
people, and I wasn't eating junk either. Very frustrating
that was.

I'm currently making half stabs at pilates and other
exersize. It will get more stable, regular, in the next
few days ( I hope).
