I also forgot to mention some other things. The worst that
has happend is i got a back injury. I was workingout doing
military press(exercise for shoulder), and probablly arched
my back messing it up. I had to stop working out and then
went home walking, on my way i had to go very slow because
every step i took hurt my back and it felt very painful.
When i got home i thought it would subside, and i ate and
went to sleep because i couldnt widthstand the pain of my
back. WOke up and i still was hurt i couldnt stand it i was
like that until very late that day and i decided to put ice
on my back which helped me alot with the pain. The next day
i was the same and stil had to put ice on my back and at
night i would put some pain patches but they didnt help
much. Since then its been better than the 1st day i got
injured but hadnt healed much. TOday i feel alot better and
i can feel it's begining to heal a lot faster and i hope i
can resume my training soon. The bad thing is that school
starts in 4 weeks, i was hoping i would get some extra
muscle mass over those weeks to look differnt. But i guess
i wont. This has been a mess but i guess i'll get out of
it. My mom told me to go to the doctor so he can refer me
to a specialist that way i can know what happend. I might
go but up until now im fearful of a doctor saying i cant
train heavy or at all anymore. Other things have happend.
Many new people at work, in those people 2 new girls.
Theres one that i like of the two shes a brunnet shes
really nice and friendly and has a nice body too. The
problem is every time i try talking to her i feel like its
not as easy as when i talk to the other one. I cant get a
real conversation started with her and thats getting me
mad. My goal now is to talk to her and try to ask her out
one of these days, if i do it would be the 1st girl that i
ever ask out. Hows that for pathetic? i think its very
considering im already 17. I wanna see what happends from
then on. Ive been reading alot lately on training and other
things and i have decided i will do 2 cycles of 6weeks each
with 1-test and 4-ad (a hormone stack in simple terms) this
should get me around 15lbs of muscle per cycle maybe more
the problem is that i have to wait around 12 weeks in
between each cycle but ill cut it down to 10 weeks which
means if i start one cycle around november ill take the
next cycle around january and ill be training very hard
too. After the 2nd cycle in another 12 weeks ill start a
diet using keto means. This diet should be around 8-12
weeks long using thermogenic supplements and also somewere
in the cycle ill add another cycle of 1-test but itself
alone without the 4-ad. I hope this will help me out in my
goals. I also hope by then ill have asked out this girl and
stopped being such a pussy with girls. until next time.
