Long Time No See!

Well, its been about six months...

My lifes been hell, I've only just got out of hospital
after been commited for trying to kill my self back in
january....

At least its given me a chance to sort my self out, i've
finaly getting sleep with out the aid of sleeping pills!

well, i'll write more sometime soon...
