Broke the Fast

Well, I'm sure it's not a surprise, but I broke my fast
tonight. Actually, I was just staying on it for the sake
of staying on it, but Mom decided to eat out tonight and I
was in the car with her, so I couldn't exactly say no. So,
I ate a big grilled chicken salad, light on a dressing. I
ate a snack when I got home too. So I still didn't eat a
lot, but I ate some, and that's ok. I don't want to ruin
my metabolism too badly.
