DAILY FEATURES

DINNER: Meat loaf, red potatoes with butter and parlsey,
fried zucchini, sliced tomatoes and fresh peach cobbler with
cream for dessert.

WHAT'S IN JOHN'S LUNCHBOX: Chicken salad sandwich with
sliced green pepper, sliced green onions and chopped
pickles; meat loaf sandwich with packets of ketchup; a piece
of blueberry pie; two pieces of buttered banana
bread; leftover peach cobbler; a nectarine, a plum and
an apple; two containers of iced tea and two of lemonade.

QUILTING: Worked a bit on Buttonwork Basket quilt and on
Scared Silly cross-stitch

WHAT I'M GRATEFUL FOR: Church bells

READING: Still looking for a book; we'll probably go to the
library later this week

WEATHER: Partly cloudy, a little wind and some brief
showers. Much cooler with highs in the mid
70s

SCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW: Housework, baking Gavin's birthday
cake, maybe a little quilting.
