DINNER: Fried chicken, potato salad, corn and iced tea

WHAT'S IN JOHN'S LUNCHBOX: A chicken salad sandwich with
sliced green pepper, sliced green onions and chopped
pickles; a ham, salami and provolone cheese sandwich with
thinly sliced sweet onion and green pepper, sliced black
olives, and mustard; potato salad; a piece of blueberry
pie; two pieces of lightly buttered banana bread; apple
cake; a nectarine, a plum and a banana; two containers of
iced tea and two of lemonade.

QUILTING: Worked a bit on Buttonwork Basket applique;
worked a bit on Scared Silly cross-stitch

WHAT I'M GRATEFUL FOR: A bird soaring high above a grass
seed field.

READING: Nothing.

WEATHER: Partly cloudy and a little cooler with highs in the
mid 80s; some thunder and lightening and even a little rain

SCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW: Housework, baking
