Fail again.......

my weight today is the same as yesterday......but i fail
again.......
it begin so rite......i skip breakfast.....had my lunch
then for my dinner i had a curry puff, bun, fishballs,
icecream......i had so much in me that i can't control and
went to the toilet to purge out EVERYTHING.....
GOD......HELP ME!!!!!!!!
anyone has some tips or something?????
this sucks....sucks a lot......where is all my motivation
when i need them.....arhhhgggggg......

think i better start a schedule....
from tomorrow onwards i will need to change my plan a bit..

before 9.00am have breakfast (only a drink)
after 12.00pm have lunch(only plain water a small meal)
before 6.00pm have dinner(if have dinner then have a
meal replacement, if not.. have a small dinner)

* no snacks at all...
