The Meaning Of Life Revealed!

Before I write anything else, I want to say I DISCOVERED
THE MEANING OF LIFE!

I was outside in my back yard just enjoying the nature of
urbania, when a robin flew down almost at my feet, and
pulled this worm out of the ground and ate it. That got me
to think of a lot of things about my own life. What does it
all mean? Why am I here? But most of all what is our
purpose? The meaning of life…

I then looked around at the life surrounding me, squirrels,
trees, and the wind softly blowing along the grass. These
were my peers of life. We as humans take so much for
granted and act like were the supreme species. I began to
compare us with the Nazis. We are not any better than the
bird or the chipmunk.

We share this planet with so much life. So what is the
meaning of it all?

Then a weird thought popped into my head. Is it not true
that when we do something with one species it affects us
all? It’s a synergy we all too often ignore. So If I kill
all the grass the grass eating animals may die out. If they
die out the animals that eat them die out and the list
grows to pretty much everything minus cockroaches, which
will be here long after us but that is a whole different
entry to the diary…

Anyway, I thought long and hard about that. I don’t want to
say I became environmentally conscience at that point like
a religious epiphany, but I did learn the answer to a
mystery that many have sought after..

The meaning of life is best described as the following:

TO PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS

Think about this, I know it seems funny and most people
chuckled when I called them all frantic about how I found
the meaning of life. But understand that every time we do
something like, I don’t know senselessly burn down half of
a state like Colorado, we destroy a very fragile chain that
unfortunately we are also attached.

Some of you may already know this; I’m not claiming I’m the
only one who discovered the meaning of life, however I feel
that not enough people understand things. Now I’m not a big
environmental person, I don’t support green peace, I do
purchase a pass to our zoo, which supposedly some goes to
charities. I am not here to preach the care of our
environment, but just look at the bigger picture.

Every time we spill oil into our oceans, or start fires, or
hunt animals to near extinction we fail in our destined
purpose. Every time they cross out another animal on the
endangered species list we come that much closer to our own
extinction.

Now I say EAT MEAT! WEAR FUR! Do what ever makes you happy
but make sure you also know what you are hurting, and no
that anytime you throw a pop can, or a cigarette butt out
the window or in the trash you are signing your own death
warrant in the long run.

We need brave people to step forward to their governments
and fight for a better environment, so some day our great
great great grandchildren can see a spotted owl and revel
in its splendor and know that their place on earth like any
other animal is to get along. Even with other humans. If
we understand that and live that ideal we can create utopia!

Well folks I don’t know what else to say. I feel like I
preached a sermon on ecology, but just keep in mind that
having the answer to the meaning of life is a large
responsibility, we must use this knowledge to help others
and teach them the ways of getting along with others.

Other than that Live life well people, it’s the only one we
have…
