Old people and computers

Old people and computers are funny. Today, this guy comes
int the library, and he was doing fine, but he ran into
a "problem". He wanted to move some stuff in one document
to another document. That seemed to be a real challenge.

So I was telling him how to do it, and he just wouldn't
listen. Not only that, before I got done telling him one
thing, he forgot about it, and moved onto something else.
Eventually, I just sat there and shut-up until he finally
messed stuff up so bad that he had no choice but to turn to
me and ask for help!

I like talking to him. He is interesting. But telling some
people how to run Word is all but impossible.
