Getting Back on Track

I had a horrible day as far as my weight loss goes
yesterday. I completely pigged out, and the only exercise
I got was a two-mile bike ride when I woke up. I ate some
junk the day before too, but I still ended up within my
calorie and fat limits. I got up really early yesterday,
so I slept in until about 10:30 this morning, which is
something I've been trying not to do. I haven't been
drinking enough water, and I can feel that. I'm feeling
dried out.

In fact, I think I might go on a "juice fast" today.
It's already noon, and I'm not the least bit hungry. I
weigh in tomorrow, so it'd be nice to show a little
progress. If I get too hungry, I'll eat some actual food,
but it's mostly just gonna be juice for me today. V8
Splash is AWESOME stuff! So is that new White Grape and
Peach juice.

I'm gonna go do my inside workout in a few minutes. It's
just too hot to go outside for a bike ride. Besides, a guy
from school is 2 houses down mowing his grandma's lawn. I
need some strength training exercises. I'm starting to
feel less firm. So what am I waiting for? I'm going right
