Driving along, listenin' to songs...

Okay today I had set aside for some major studying, cause
this is my last week bein' a high school sophmore, and IT'S
FINALS ALL FREAKIN WEEK LONG!
So I wasn't happy when my parents woke me up at the crack of
dawn and tell me to get ready cause
the 3 of us are going out.
I thought, okay well we should be back home in an hour or
two I'll still have time to study.
Turns out my parents wanted to explore, and had no idea
where we were headed, nor when we'd be back.
I got home 31 minutes ago, or 9 o' clock.
At least they bought me a book to make up for the fact that
we were in the freakin' car most of the freakin' time.
I also got some really good ice cream, but the lady I got
it from was such a jerk.
I go in w/ my parents and wonder what flavors they have so
when my parents ask me what kind I want I'm lookin' around
for that ice cream they were advertising and said I need to
know what flavors there are.
The waitress lady looked at me w/ this "I've got a piece of
crap up my nose and a stick up my butt" look and tells me.
Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry, now what do you want?
Oh wow big selection, and you know she didn't have to be
rude to me about it I was inquiring, and decisions like this
cannot be rushed!
So I take my time and decide I would
like a vanilla ice cream cone.
She comes back, same attitude and look on her face and acts
like she's doing me an extremely big favor, getting me one
scoop of $2 ice cream, even though I could get more for less
w/ more choices at the local Rite Aid.
I thank her nicely, and depart w/ my parents who when we
were safely in the car comment on her rudeness.
Then they ask me how my ice cream was.
I take another lick, look at my parents and say "Well to be
perfectly honest, it's a heck of a lot better than that
ladys attitude"
They laughed about that after recovering from the shock I
gave them cause I usually don't say that sort of thing.
thye bought me a book like I mentioned before, but it's
really cool, it's called "The light at the end of the tunnel
is an oncoming train"
Filled w/ almost a thousand cynical quotes, I am proud to
add this to my collection.
Oh and serious hat tippage to FLDB, the CD you gave me kept
me from dying of boredom today, and prevented me from
hearing my parents terrible music.
Dude my head hurts I have to go study now.
