Car trouble

Okay, so first of all...I went out Wednesday with Jade.
We went to Sneaky Pete's...so much fun. And guess what? I
got a guys number and like two seconds after
that...another guy was all up on me on the dance floor. I
felt like such a playa. After we left there around 2:30
or 3am...we went to Price Chopper on the way home b/c we
were wicked hungry. So then all the dirty Price Chopper
employees were trying to pick us up...eww. Then yesterday
I had my first real Portugues lesson. It was so
difficult...I guess I did okay...but she was really
prepared to teach me..I on the other hand had a hard time
b/c she knows a lot...and all the stuff she taught
me...she already knows in English...she really just needs
to speak and learn pronunciation. I couldn't write things
for her or tell her anything like she did for me...so I
just talked to her...and asked her questions, and had her
ask me questions. Like I said she knows a lot, she just
needs conversational practice. So I guess that's what she
and I will do...she'll help me with my vocabulary
first...and I'll just help her with pronunciation and
actually speaking. Andrea came in today...and she told me
that Joracy (the lady I'm teaching) told her I know a lot
of Portugues and that I did very well. After I left from
the lessons I went over to the mall to pick up my
paycheck, and then I went home...well...on the way my car
shorted out and stopped. The reason was we've had really
horrible thunder storms the past 2 days...yesterday I had
to drive through a huge puddle (flash flooding b/c it
rained so fast)...I guess some water got in and shorted
out my battery. Luckily everything is fine with the car
now...but I was really worried at first. Oh well...that's
all for now...my next lesson is next Tuesday when I get
out of work. Oh and very exciting I get to quit the CVS
at the mall b/c Harrison my manager at the Delmar store is
giving me full time hours...so I don't need to work both
stores anymore. Okay peace ya'll!
