interesting dream stuff

I was just surfing around on the internet looking at stuff
about dreams cuz (ok some ppl might think that I'm kind of
crazy after this) but I have wierd dreams sometimes. Like,
dreams that come true and stuff like that. I haven't really
had any dreams come true for a long time. When I was
younger, like 12/13 it happened all the time. And I sorta
figure that the reason why a lot of that happened then was
cuz my cousin died when I was 13 and the trauma or whatever
of that may have led me to have strange dreams or something
like that. Anyways, I had quite a few dreams that seemed to
be very very wierd and like i'd dream about a woman being
zipped into a body bag then the next day drive past a car
accident where a woman was killed... or dream that i open
my front door in the middle of the night and look across
the street and instead of the normal neighbor's houses
being there I saw an apartment building on fire... then the
next morning i'd flip on the tv and see the same building
on fire, except it's in Chicago (very far from here!) so I
dunno it was kind of creepy but I guess too it could have
been wierd coincidence. But there was one dream where I was
absolutely sure that it wasn't a coincidence or anything
cuz it happened exactly as I had dreamed it and I had
actually told my mom about it after I dreamed it but before
it really happened. So that was wierd.
Anyways. One of the dreams I had at that time which was
very similar to the other dreams that I had where they
later came true (they felt different than just normal
dreams... like they feel a lot more vivid and real) but
this dream didn't *come true* in any real sense. But it was
strange. This was probably a few months after my cousin had
died and I dreamed that my whole family (like my mom and
dad and brother and sister and grandma and aunt and uncle)
were walking through a train yard to my cousin who was
working on top of a train. And he was going to talk to each
one of us individually or whatever, and I went first and
basically all that happened was a sort of a hug and i never
meant to leave you kind of short brief conversation, at
which point my turn was over and i started walking away
from the train and then i woke up. Whether it was anything
legitimate or not it was sort of a comforting thing and
after that I had an easier time dealing with the whole
concept of him being dead. Now today I looked up "Train" in
this dream dictionary thing and apparently quite often
trains represent "life's journey" so I dunno. I think
that's kind of interesting. I do kind of believe that stuff
like this can happen but I still haven't really decided
whether or not I believe that in this case that's what
happened, like I sort of doubt my own experiences while
believing that these types of things exist. It's kind of
odd. And I sorta wonder a lot about how and why things like
this happen, and why we don't understand these things a lot
better than we do.
