Operation "Miracle Diet"- Day 2 (Part 1)

Everything's still good with the diet. I went on a bike ride a few
minutes ago. I didn't realize that I was THAT out of shape. I went
a total of like 10 blocks, and I was tired already. So, I figured
instead of exhausting myself, I'd come home and do a little more each
day. That way I won't be so freakin' sore and I'll be less likely to
give up.

Well, I think I'm gonna go eat my lunch. Cottage cheese and
saltine crackers today. Woo-hoo! Actually, I like cottage cheese,
and who doesn't like crackers? So it won't be bad at all. After
tomorrow, I'm done with this thing, and I can choose what I want to

I think I might start a list of day-by-day menus of stuff people
eat everyday and is actually good. Just think- if I made up about 30
of them, called it the month-long miracle diet for teens, and made it
actually good food, I could probably make a lot of money. Of course,
it wouldn't be 100% healthy food, but most diets aren't healthy
anyway. I think it's a good idea. I might actually start tonight.
