I got a message yesterday about running in the summer, well
I run everynight a mile and a half. I get plenty of
exercise too. I make sure I exercise about 60 minutes a
day, but my problen is junk-food! I can't live without it!
Does anyone know any healthy recipies that will satisfy my
sweet tooth and allow me to lose a few pounds?
