Something Wonderful

Went to sleep at around 2am thursday night/friday morning.
And Lord knows why I woke up at 8:30 am? I NEVER wake up
before 9. It's just not like me! yeh know? Hehehe, well i
kinda know why... I was really ancey (is that how you spell
it?) about the fact that i was performing at my first noon
concert today. I put my hair in rollers the night before,
and when i woke in the morning, i pulled em all out...
looked in the mirror, and saw the asian rendition of curly
sue. SAD, but true. I had to tame that baby down! lol so I
pulled it back with a part down the middle, had my big hoop
earings on, and looked like a brunette Evita Peron. lol
Anyway, can we possibly say that I was SO shaken up before
my performance. First I sang my German Song, and then i
sang the ever so popular Something Wonderful from the King
and I. Something wonderful just happens to be a favorite
among the fellow song birds at school. I couldn't seem to
control my breathing during the first song, maybe because i
was nervous. But "SOMETHING WONDERFUL" happened during my
second song..lol and it just seemed to all flow out. My
parents took their lunch break off to attend the concert,
nice and sweet =D.

Then when I got back, i took a ten minute nap, which i
swore was a couple hours. Packed a bit more.... Then headed
to Hillsdale mall with Carly and Ann. I did pretty good
tonite.... i spent probably about 60 bucks all in all.
Really though, I shouldn't have spent a nickle. BUT I WAS
DESPERATE! lol In the car, Carly mentioned the idea of
doing our recital together. Can we possibly say that Carly
has the most clever, unique, creatively HILARIOUS idea....
She wants to do a 7 songs from musical theater in foreign
languages. I'm not sure what exactly went with what, but I
think she found Oliver or something of the sort in DUTCH
and then RENT in Korean. Phantom of the Opera in JAPANESE?
psycho BITH! lol I think I'll just leave the foreign
lanuages up to classical music.

Headed over to manila garden to say goodbye to a. Vilma and
U. Bobby and Angel, and like half of the staff. Sigh* I'm
gonna miss them. Got my groove on tonite with Uncle Ramon,
A. Vilma's brother. hahaha, i think he's in his 30's but he
can sure keep up.... My feet are totally sore. I sang
Gloria Gaynor's I WILL SURVIVE... Kinda put some people in
shock, rather than singing my usual LA ISLA BONITA or my
BAKIT PA? or my BREATHE AGAIN. ehehehe.. it was a
change.... and exciting one at that.

As of now, I'm sittin her talking to Rolly... my
fiance/valentine lol. J/K! anyway, he's onsomething tonite.
When do i ever see him online at 2:30 in the morning.
WIERD! I'm gonna miss talking to him. Such a funny guy. NOW
he asks when we're gonna kick it... What a nerd. anyhoo....
he's about to call me up for a stimulatin' conversation, so
i'll stop right here =)
