3 p.m.
I should be at dance, but I'm avoiding the evil Japanese man.
I've been pretty good this week. But I think I may have to stop
eating bread, which is tragic since I wake up every morning having
spent all night dreaming of bread. I'm trying to give up refined
sugar, and there's sugar in bread. There's sugar in salad dressing
too, but I'm not giving that up. I was surfing ED sites again today,
just for perspective. I don't see myself going back to not eating, I
just want a middle ground.
If I can cut out the bread (or at least confine it to croutons)
and sweets, I'll be alright. Just on fruits, vegetables and
vitamins.
I can't remember the last time I felt this clean.
