*Whats this about?*

Im feeling really strange right now... like dizzy. Its
like im moving forward when im just sitting here. My body
feels heavy like im not a part of it. What the hell is
this about? I also feel sick right now and im starting to get a
headache... ahh. If anyone has the slightest idea of what this about
please enlighten me.
