How to make backup - technical entry

I read some users that accidentaly tried to test options
and deleted diary entries. There is not a way to recover
or a confirm option. I do backup of my entries in text
files up to 30 kbytes.
My story is about some people that tried to have a heart
in streets of some town in a big city in a tropical country.
And it is trying to help truly friends even was not ready
to save people of bad choices.
I have home pages over internet but this story is only here.
Tomorrow better day for me and for my truly friends.
