DAILY FEATURES

DINNER: Roast chicken with vegetables--onions, potatoes,
carrots and peas, French bread

WHAT'S IN JOHN'S LUNCHBOX: Clam chowder to microwave;
chicken salad sandwich; slice of cherry pie; piece of
frosted pineapple cake; little bag of chocolate kisses with
a love note; orange, apple and banana; container of
orange juice and container of cranberry/raspberry juice

QUILTING: Sewed second wing on eagle block and began sewing
"2001" and "Liberty"

WHAT I'M GRATEFUL FOR: Seeing a huge flock of swans in a
grass seed field; realizing that the snowball tree is just
starting to bud

READING: Emerald Flash by Charles Kneif (found this book and
another by same author I hadn't read yet!)

WEATHER: Foggy in morning, partly cloudy in the afternoon
with highs in the upper 40s

SCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW: Housework, baking and quilting
