Mental Garbage...

I was just thinking to myself that I have alot of things that
I have held inside of me as far as dealing with life an
dpeople in general so I had an idea that I will create a diary
at home that I will release every ugly detail of my life,
Because I feel that I can not go on with life until I get all the
mental garbage out of my life I need to bring it out ,Deal with
it ,And release it.So then I can go on with life.
