The Ginger Adventure

So then; the weekend. Well, we'll start with Friday night.

I'm pretty sure me and Ems went to Shoreham again with Neil
and Al. In fact, we must have done, because somehow we
ended up at Al's house and then Neil's. No, we definitely
did because I went with Jahn. It was all good although me
and Jahn just talked together all night. At the end of the
night, we went to Al's for a bit of a smoke, then I took
Jahn home and went to Neil's for a bit more of a smoke. In
fact, I think we were smoking for about 3 hours. Very
nice. Anyway, when we were VERY stoned, we decided to go
on what Neil called "a ginger adventure".

This was a cunning plan.

We went to the 24 hour Tesco's and filled two trolleys with
all the ginger items. This included ginger tea, jamaican
ginger cake, powdered ginger and german bread. We tried to
find ginger bread but german bread sounds like ginger bread
so it's ok. And then I put in some sunflower oil, not
because it was at all ginger, I just felt like it.

That took us about half an hour or more, and then finally
we went up to some bint who was working there, presented
her with the trolley and said "excuse me" with a smile.
She turns round and I say "we collected all the ginger
items for you." then we turned round and walked out. I did
a few head-over-heels on the way. A police car pulled up
outside just as we were walking out, but they weren't there
to arrest us. They were there to collect ginger items too,
I guess. But we'd nicked them all hahahahaha! ha! muaha!

Mmmm, that was Friday night. I arrived back at 5 in the
morning... then Saturday night, I spent some time with
Emily not really doing or saying anything, then took Emily
home. We had a bit of a chat - I told her exactly how I
felt about her, which was quite a good plan.

Can't remember what I said exactly, but we both reckon that
we don't really feel like a relationship but still do quite
fancy each other. Which is good, and suits me pretty
well. Like she said, "I just like being close".

How good?

Then later on, I went to the Dorset with Steph and Sarah
which was quite good. Met a few of Steph's friends which
was nice. It's been well good, meeting new people over
this gap year, and I've made some pretty supreme friends.

Steph's such a great buddy, I should have been friends with
her since when I was younger. There's no chance I'm
letting go of her now. That sounds a bit sinister actually
doesn't it... but I don't think she'd want me to ever lose
touch either.

Emily's quitting her job today - I'm going to talk to her
this lunchtime, but I think she's definitely decided on
leaving. And I think that's fair enough, her colleagues
are all treating her like shit and it's not good.

I'll write about that later.
