I remember.... Dancing Spiders

Thousands of splattering rain drops upon the tar
as we stood in the headlights of the parked car

they bounced around frantically
chasing each other playfully

refracting yellow light riders
they were the dancing spiders

Forget the past,
because tonight we drove through the rainy ciders,
